Review of Blue View Apartments Curacao

Blue View has its own beach and it has two 2 Bedrooms and two 1 Bedroom Apartments,
all with a private balcony and ocean view!
All apartments also have airconditioning in all bedrooms and a kitchen(ette), completely equipped
with fridge, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, pots and pans,
china and silverware.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment at Blue View Apartments for a week in February 2007. It would have been okay, except for the extremely poor lighting. The livingroom/kitchen only had a ceiling fan with what had to be a 40watt light bulb. It was so dark and gloomy we could barely see to cook dinner and could not read at all. The bedroom and bathroom had a small flourescent light fixture in the ceiling, which were not very bright. We asked for this to be fixed the next day. The bulbs were changed, but it was only marginally improved.
Also, there was no toaster and only 2 plates, bowls, forks, knives, and spoons. Very minimalist! No safe for valuables. We would not stay here again.
